When our real estate agent told us it was pretty much impossible to find a 4 br house, all on one level, with views, a huge garage and a flat yard for our budget, we started thinking outside the box. Meet Bay Vista… a 90s / linoleum love fest that my husband affectionately named “the mini-van” because it was functional, ticked all the boxes but was just not cool at all. What started as a punch list of just a few things ended in a full gut remodel. The design work was a collaboration between myself and Sheila Kramer Interiors.
